They know too well that Oppo votes will share among the trio !

The three Tans give Tony a shoo-in opportunity !

Lets face it, Tony will become president.

So dont get excited about it, the coming National Day Rally will also say good things about Tony.

The three tans can fight for the best runners up !

This is a sad story but what can we do? 60% voted for it to happen !

Just forget about this PE event, forget Tony Tan, and live another happy day to see karmas coming at the PAPs

If 1 to 1 fight may stand a better chance. Assuming if 10% of the 60% goes to the 3 tans, TT will still have 50% to win and the other 50% will be shared by the 3 tans.....no fight...

You are assuming Tony will get 100% of the PAP votes which won't be the case since some PAP votes are candidate specific. You are also assuming that Tony will get no non-PAP votes which also won't be the case since some neutrals respect Tony enough to vote for them.

Based on 60% PAP and 40% non-PAP, it is also possible that Tony will get 30% of PAP and 5% of the non-PAP, Cheng Bok gets 23% of the PAP and 5% of the non-PAP, Kin Lian gets 5% of the PAP and 5% of the non-PAP and Jee Say gets 2% of the PAP and 25% of the non-PAP.

Seems that with Jee Say in the fray, Kin Lian is looking shaky.
