Hotel survey of cheating husband goes viral

The online realm is again abuzz after a cheating husband was reportedly caught out when his wife found a hotel survey posted to his house - a hotel she had never been to.
The image, posted to Reddit, showed a hotel survey that asked a man about his recent stay after a fling with an escort.
The quizzical wife reportedly confronted her husband, which we imagine can't have ended well because the man's sour reply was uploaded online by a friend of a hotel staffer.
Q: Please describe the problem(s) you experienced during this stay.
A: You sent this survey and my wife saw it. Since I used this room to meet with a hooker it created an issue for me.
