I used to be a believer and a staunch one. I didn't realised how blinkered i have become after that. Letting people pick and choose phrases to dictate what i should or should not do from a holy book which is a mishmash of old and new additions/edits. Healing should be all encompassing and not just on a few selected parts, isn't the God that the healer serves not omnipotent? If he is, he should be able to heal all. How come not amputees?

I had a wound on me that was never healed no matter how many years of prayers, in the end i was accused of not having enough faith. These same people also used office politics to stay ahead of others in the church, misused the Christian faith and what Christ stood for. This flock is not a flock of sheep, its a flock of wolves!!

The religion itself is ok but the people misusing it for monetary gains or power and prestige isn't.

To prove my point, since it is said that rich men cannot hope to enter the kingdom of heaven, can all these pastors declare their income to their flock and donate it to a charitable cause not of their church? Since their wealth is keeping them away from the kingdom of heaven.

Practise what you preach.

Does it not make sense to close down all hospitals, healthcare and send everyone to Kong. If he was truly working with god, he would have opened a clinic and touching everyone.

If the argument is that only believers will be cured than one must assume that many christians within the flock and elsewhere die from illness because they don't believe in god but are masquerading as believers.

By the way faith healers are found everywhere and term placebo effect is closely associated with them.

Each of us have our own mind and base on our history , experience, Perception , we come out with our own logic and senses.
Important is that how we can differ what is right and what is wrong.
