Cellphone snatched from maid
A domestic worker in her late 30s became victim to a snatchtheft on Saturday night. She was walking towards her friend's house at McNair Road while talking on her cellphone when someone came from behind, snatched it and fled towards Balestier. The Nokia phone is valued at about $400. The thief was seen wearing a white T-shirt and a pair of black shorts. He is described as being fair and big-built.
