too clever by half
a country where 1-2% are ceca virus, the rest are decent, hardworking/semi intelligent, workers who pull the country along towards modernity is a functioning country
that is a country where ceca can leech off the host.
a country where 99% are ceca virus, ceca got nothing nowhere to leech off of so the country goes to the dogs
anybody seen a vibrant, functioning, advanced, developed, modern country filled with ceca virus ? me neither.
