CECAs do indeed enjoy special privileges in S'pore. That 38-year-old SG PR from India's identity is being protected by the trial judge. I wouldn't be surprised if she gets away with a mere slap on the wrists for killing that 6-year-old girl.

Should overthrow this gov, confiscate their assets and money
Dr Vivian Balakrishnan made tone deaf comments in the past regarding public assistance when he questioned the needs of the poor. In a parliamentary debate, he engaged in a discussion about the living conditions and meal entitlements for public assistance recipients. Since his family resides in a spacious colonial bungalow, it remains uncertain if he has any idea how the less fortunate exist in the most expensive city in the world.

Victims, Witness and perpetrator all are aliens. Can sense country filled with aliens.

The PAP behaves exactly like SingTel and other telcos who offer better deals to new subscribers/citizens while neglecting existing ones; it is a widely recognised strategy aimed at growth, though it creates friction with loyal customers/true blue S'poreans. While acquiring new customers is significantly more expensive than retaining an existing one (about sometimes 3 - 5 times more), companies often prioritise new user growth to satisfy shareholders and meet KPIs. The PAP is running S'pore like a business.

I am no economist, but consistent increasing growth is not sustainable for the long run. Many businesses have either crashed or withdraw expansion after initial boom. ie: Starbucks in the us and china markets.
