Hardtruth is this Ceca puacheebye is prob now having her breakfast near Mustafa and then adjourn for her regular weekend ayuveda massage treat while driving in the same car that has just run down (not once but fucking twice !) and killed a little 6 yr old gal.

Also ran over the mother who is like to have her spinal cord crushed and be paralysed for rest of her life living in pepectual guilt for causing her own daughter's death.

Fuck the system for being lenient to this kind of imported trash and hence not needing to arrest her on the spot and confiscate her licence while pending investigation.

Wrong. Singapore law is once have fatal accident. Driver be arrested on spot no matter what. She should be at cantonment now...

Under Singapore laws, driver has to give way to pedestrians. The driver is at fault when a pedestrian got knocked down. I hope my understanding is correct.


The lady driver could be a tourist on rental vehicle.
