Singapore has been very successful in keeping Covid numbers extremely low but a large segment of the population has suffered as a result. However the country has been unable to consolidate on its success because cases slip in from abroad for a variety of reasons one of which is the use of fraudulent -ve Covid test certificates to bypass controls.

It is therefore vital for the authorities to plug all the loopholes and maintain strict controls to the point where Covid is no longer a threat to society

I say let the CECA in, masuk GQF for 3 weeks no questions asked. The CECA can foot the bill and place a bond of SGD$100K each.

If PCR test positive, they can use our medical facilities and they foot all medical bills without any subsidies, once treated they can be released into public- and the bond will not be returned. Else if PCR test negative, they may do what they want to do in Singapore and the bond is returned.
