Using the default settings will be fine. You can choose to delete additional stuff such as saved passwords or browser autocomplete history, but they are optional.

Cleaner:
Click 'Analyze', then 'Run Cleaner'

Registry:
Click 'Scan for Issues', then 'Fix Selected Issues...'

fresh install of windows. That is the best cure.

CCleaner can also clean out your dirty colon, but you've to buy it from your MLM upline to qualify for Diamond status.

dont use windows best. most people dont know how to use other OS. safer for you. and most viruses love gates

comlicate your head, if you want to keep your browser passwords, just uncheck the options under the browser category...i have been using it for years and it has been a breeze.

CCleaner is the best and free utility ever. It is akin to repairing permissions in Mac OS.

Always run it when deleting programs to make sure any residual shit is removed.

Also use msconfig to uncheck any shitty software from loading during boot-time to speed it up.
