無機砷風波！每天一塊炸雞+一包薯條　等於慢性中毒..

北縣麥當勞土城、金城分店及達美樂永和分店門市被驗出油品含劇毒無機砷，專家表示，根據目前檢驗出的砷的含量，約為消費者每天吃下一塊炸雞及一包薯條，攝取的砷就會超量，形同「慢性中毒」。

若以油炸油無機砷含量超過1ppm計算，代表每1c.c.炸油中就含1微克砒霜，舉50公斤成人為例，只要每天吃下100公克以有毒油炸出的食物，就會攝取超量的砷。

由於目前法律中並無針對丙烯醯胺、無機砷作出管制標準，但最新檢驗發現，每家店的丙烯醯胺都超標，更有無機砷超量9至11倍的驚人情況，目前衛生局要求「限期改善」，依照食品衛生管理法規定，若複檢後仍不合格，則可處以最高30萬元罰鍰，但若複檢正常，則如同沒事發生。

但這次速食業龍頭一連傳出油品出問題，令消費者信心大受打擊，尤其不僅大人愛吃，更是許多小朋友的最愛，專家學者呼籲，衛生相關單位應正視，找出油炸油出問題的原因出在哪。

速食業者油炸油燒出食用安全的危機，充斥市面上各種攤販的炸雞排、鹹酥雞、臭豆腐等，也引發人心惶惶，衛生局不排除針對這些業者進行下一波抽驗。

遭驗出炸油含砷 麥當勞分店顧客減

台北縣消保官驗出速食業者使用的炸油含重金屬砷，消息一出，兩家速食店位在土城的分店，顧客人潮立刻受影響，不但人變少，不少顧客進去也不敢買油炸食品，只買飲料或冰品；民眾表示這個事件多少會影響他們的購買意願，希望速食店業者妥善解決，讓孩子們可以再次安心品嘗好吃的炸雞薯條。（李書璇報導）

先是遭到北縣消保官驗出炸油酸價值不合格，接下來炸油又被驗出含重金屬砷，麥當勞的土城店和中央店，這兩天業績受影響，人潮明顯減少，以往中午時間許多上班族和學生都會前往買全餐作為午餐，但9號中午不但人潮變少，前來買東西的顧客也多是買飲料或冰品，顧客邱小妹妹就說，看到新聞她就不敢買油炸的食物了；甚至還有媽媽帶著小朋友去買雞塊餐，但聽到店外的顧客在討論麥當勞炸油含砷的事情，當場讓媽媽嚇壞了，馬上向麥當勞表示要退掉雞塊，麥當勞銷售人員雖然無奈，還是退錢給顧客。

在土城店外逛街的民眾也說，麥當勞這麼一間大的公司，應該要把顧客的食用安全放在心上，必須好好解決這次的事情；而學者則認為，應該先勒令這些店家停業，直到檢查出砷的來源再復業，民眾才能安心；而麥當勞至今仍和消保官仍為了檢驗炸油結果大不同而不斷隔空喊話，消保官也請業者可以在十五天內提出複驗申請，同時表示若還是不合格，不排除會以罰款或勒令停業的方式，來讓業者警惕。

Just read a news report...that the Taiwanese health authorities did not find any trace of arsenic in the KFC oil..as alleged in the news article.
