This stall is at the basement halal food court. nasi pandang is usually more expensive then chinese chai peng, i think so.
My vegetarian chai peng usually $4.50 to $5.00 at vegetarian stall at coffee shop.

It's a Mat stall. Since time immemorial, some Mat stalls are known to jack up prizes for Chinese customers.
Don't believe you can monitor, ask a Mat to order the same dish maybe charge $3.50 only LOL.
