Can i drive my company van into JB ?

Do i need to pay extra ? Will there be a heavy traffic in the "van" lane ?

Im going into JB but cant decide to drive my co van or just rent a car .... Car rental Co also charge extra to go into JB if im not wrong...

Yes you need a Permit from Malaysia side.

Its a waste of time.

Need apply permanent permit. Enter and exit via lorry lane so means any passengers must alight.

Before you can drive into JB with Co. van, need to apply. Then after that paint the Malaysian Speed Limit behind van as it is different from Singapore. Therefore it is out of the question. Use Co. car is ok.

Renting car to enter JB have to pay extra because of insurance and the possibility that should there be an accident it is hard to recover the vehicle as it needs to be towed back., etc.

The other way is to take CW3 or the Handah Indah buses from SG in. Another alternative is to
take cab from Rochor.

Or the MRT to Kranji & at this station take no 170 or Translink buses to JB
