I've ordered something online & it appears that the delivery company the merchant used has lost the package. I used my VISA card to pay & will be getting my CC bill in the next billing cycle in May.
This is the 1st time that an order has been lost & that is why I'm asking about the options that are open to me. Since I used my VISA card, can I inform the bank to cancel this charge for the reason of non-delivery
Or am I stuck with the charges:(
