Just watched that CCTV footage and whoa, it's like straight out of a horror flick! So, about those Cables... man, they're moving on their own like they've got a life of their own! But here's the thing - I reckon there's gotta be some logical explanation behind it, right? Maybe it's some funky electrical interference or a glitch in the matrix or something. Or hey, maybe it's just the wind playing tricks on us. Mother Nature's got a mischievous side, you know? Either way, it's definitely got me scratching my head and checking my own cables twice!
