Why Kinana always tio aimed
Since the ministers have admitted that they allowed population to surge ahead of infrastructure in the past few years, they have failed in their planning jobs. Other than learning 'a valuable lesson' as mentioned by MND minister yesterday, propose that they return 80% of their annual pay for the past 5 years if the same logic is to be applied.
