Call from 64429177 - Scam?

Received a call from 64429177.

It's a man claiming that he is calling from "Cheer Management" (Dunno really how to pronounce and spell the name).
He said he got to know your company name thru some exhibition events and they
He will ask whether you have a web site, what is your company address and what sort of business you are dealing with.

He keep saying that some MNCs are keen to do business in Singapore but dunno the local contacts.
He will gather information and provide them your contacts to introduce their business to you.

Sounds too good to be true.
Do you think it's a scam?
