Of course I know nothing is certain... But from the Budget, you more or less know the answer... You do not know PAP pattern??? They will give you some peanuts before the election...

true, but if circumstances change drastically, the pap may try to cash in with a sanp election.
the moral of the story is that the opposition must always be ready for a GE from now onwards and not be caught unprepared
