In what capacity is Jinx going there for? If it's just in her capacity as Pinky's wife, then that statement that she's part of the govt's official delegation is false and misleading. In any case, she can't be part of the delegation as it's a govt official trip and she's not even an elected person in the govt. So, it's just a jiak hong vacation for her?
