She brake incorrectly. Brake too fast and too hard. The correct way to me is to slight brake the back first then front then back, then front, then after the bike slow down significantly, the do a full brake on front and back at the same time.

It's very weird why she suddenly press the brake as there was nothing in front. Unless she did see something.
