Which SANE profitable company in any part of the world would want a SINGAPORE GIC/GLC to become a partner and a share in their profits.

Only companies that are in trouble, cannot get credit or finance from their own countrymen or finance institutions would welcome a naive SINGAPORE GLC/GIC who is suffering from "ANGMOH TUA KEE" syndrome to bail them out. Most Western companies don't think much of Asian govts or their Govt linked companies to even want to go into any partnership.

The Singapore govt could use Western colonisation techniques. Always go to a less developed country run by dumb politicians and 'colonise' them economically by sucking them dry before exiting to a new target. Problem here is the Temasek Holding Scholars or even LKY are even dumber than 3rd world or poor countries that they can even be suckered and thrown out by INDIA and CHINA (Soochow)
