Over 800,000 Singaporean HDB households will each receive a GST Voucher – Utilities-Save (U-Save) rebate of up to $65 in October 2015, depending on their HDB flat type.

The GST Voucher – U-Save forms one component of the permanent GST Voucher scheme, designed to help lower- and middle-income Singaporean households with their utilities bills. The U-Save component is distributed every quarter.
