Learn to live with it .... for electricity, go for the longest contract your provider offers.

It doesn't matter which electricity provider you sign up with since they are all in cahoots with PAP to charge higher amounts regardless of the rate in the contract, better move to Malaysia or Thailand if you want cheaper electricity and water bills!

The market price for oil is stayed at usd70-80/ bbl. But if you have a ship loaded with crude oil, the trader will only sell at USD140. Which is where I think the price maybe heading to.
