Working abroad, first child just gave birth not long ago overseas and not yet registered for S'pore citizenship, first time apply HDB flat because need 2 IC number to register so cannot do it online, ask Singapore consulate overseas for help, was advised to call HDB for appeal, talked to HDB officer after waiting long time on phone, eventually said send in email to appeal as I am overseas, replied in very short time that my appeal was rejected due to their rules of 2 IC number needed.

Really disappointed with HDB. Strict like hell for citizens yet can provide 2 blocks of flats for the IR employees. I feel like as a S'pore citizen I am worst then the IR employees.

Other than the word disappointed, cannot find other words.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
