this is a question raised within penoys themselves...why are there no Filipinos restaurants world wide?...my guesstimate is like our malays they did not have a great food culture ...in fact ,most of their cooking is influenced by Spanish ...however did have tasted some food othet than Adabo, like full roasted leg of lamb and others...even the lapu lapu fish and coconut crab in cebu ...quite alright
