About 170 units >$1 mil RM each. Very impressive feat to be almost fully sold within 6 months of launch. Bank will match the valuation from the developer. You must be trying to buy subsale from agent, and the agent could have provided wrong info to you.
Row 1 is fixing up windows, and I expect them to be fully completed in Jan 2014. My estimations of completion:
Row 2 - Apr 2014
Row 3 - Jul 2014
Row 4 - Oct 2014
you have a unit in BH too?
Mine are Bestari Heights phase 1 n Desa Tebrau phase 9D/E.
Quite peaceful so far. Most are weekenders.

Yes, it is at the most southern part of Nusa Bestari behind Giant. To access it you actually have to cross a small bridge. Lots of eateries in and around Giant.

tis developer cloned e same type of hse in 3 places. :p guess.
Yes. Cut cost. But it was really quite cheap given e land size. It is quite boxy but inside is spacious with no dead corners.

Wow...this makes BH2 looking so much cheaper....at roughly the same price, land area for BH is 2500 and built-up at 3500...compared to Built-up Area : 2,506 sq. ft. and land area 2240..dfronte's 2nd bedroom looks trough only a tiny window and door to a narrow balcony.
