Depends on the taste u like for Bak Kut Teh.

White type - Balestier (long queue / opp Shaw Plaza / beside overhead bridge / lots of celeb pics in the shop).

Black type - Joo Chiat Rd (after community centre / near Amin Weigh Loss center / near famous Puteri durian puffs)

wah bro,, the lorong 35 geylang there.. everytime i go i'll eat sin huat .. end up cannot order duck ahhahah .. but sin huat is the bomb la.. damn ex.. but damn good ..

I know of one place at Sim Ming near to the NTUC taxi area. They sell white Bak Kut Teh.

Butter durian is also known as Mao Shan Wang. Once u tasted it, u will nvr want to taste other varieties. Pretty ex @ 16/kg once 1 durian (ard 2kg) is enough to statisfy your craving.
