Hi Bros,
I'm thinking of buying my first HDB, and will need to take out a loan (HDB vs. Banks), some of my kahkis have advised me to go with HDB cuz the interest is stable but other say bank. I dunno which one to choose, then I went onto POSB mortgage loan page but i can't decide if it's good deal or not?
