Being an expat can I have a singapore bank account?

surely yes... already the DBS is run by foreigners; surely opening a bank account should not be a hassle for foreigner

TS, if you need an account with plastic (credit cards) -need to prove residency, as credit line involved.

This includes:
-work permit. employment pass
-local residence address

If only debit cards, immediate. Plastic needs 3-6 months Q depending on bank (but they have also given immediate go ahead in many cases)

Of all places you ask that kind of question on this forum...

Blardy trolling clone!

Next this expat will tell you his 5 figure salary for doing nothing with his fake degree.

Can oso easily get PR, SPG and scholarship for your children too..

Can launder your ill-gotten gains , whack someone in Suntec City or drive a Ferrari and collide with any taxi

I would recommend opting for a POSB Singapore bank account. I have been with the bank for some years now and they have all the facilities along with a wide network of branches and ATMs. Check online with the bank's website for more information.
