Someone must pay for her hospital bills, if the worker's insurance is not enough to cover hospital expenses, then the rest of the amount must be paid by the attacker

Since attacker is jail, he must continue work & pay off his debts, enroll him into some yellow ribbon program, get him working . Really no justice for Employer to bear this cost.
