（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭縣25日電）海巡署第一海岸巡防總隊一名游姓巡防兵及一名曹姓退役巡防兵，疑似收受走私集團新台幣120萬元，之後還透過友人檢舉走私集團。檢方經偵辦後，今天向法院聲押曹嫌獲准。

海巡署人員平時負責查緝及杜絕走私，但竟有巡防兵利用職務之便，對意圖走私的集團收賄。

宜蘭地方法院檢察署調查，海巡署第一海岸巡防總隊游姓巡防兵與一名曹姓退役巡防兵，共謀向一名林姓走私集團成員佯稱「可代為聯絡漁船接駁，並透過監看雷達不通報，掩護私運管制物品進口」，並藉由職務之便向走私集團詐取120萬元。

不過，游曹兩人之後並沒有依約定，代為聯絡漁船接駁，更指示友人向其他單位檢舉走私集團的行為。

宜蘭地檢署表示，基隆地檢署發現這項情資後，轉由法務部調查局航業調查處基隆調查站，報請宜蘭地檢署指揮偵辦。承辦檢察官經3個月蒐證後，昨天見時機成熟，除指揮相關單位扣押證物，並傳喚游、曹兩人到案說明。

檢方表示，經偵訊後，承辦檢察官依貪污治罪條例，向宜蘭地方法院聲請對游曹兩人羈押，法官最後裁定，曹嫌羈押禁見，游嫌10萬元交保。這起案件之後將通知林姓走私集團成員到案說明，擴大偵辦。

海巡署發布新聞稿表示，因此案已進入司法程序，不便對外透露案情，但若有違法事證將不會護短，配合檢調偵辦。1070125
