The toothy grin of a man accused of bank robbery has gone viral with the image dubbed the happiest mug shot ever.
Michael Whitington, 45, looks rather happy as he posed for the shot wide-eyed and flashing a giant grin despite being arrested.
Whitington is accused of robbing a bank in Denver and trying to escape by catching a tram, reported KMGH reported.
Police were able to stop the tram close the the crime scene and Whitington was taken into custody.
He is due to face court this week.
