yup..communications and mutual respect. Mine's just about coming 31 yrs. Never any serious issues. Once in a while no makan or got to

spend the night in the doghouse but nothing major.

good ..hopefully it continues that way

for my condo, it was excellent until the recent infux of foreigners.

they pluck common area flowers to bring home. they dont know how to use towels when they exercise in the gym and dont put back the equipment

they walk three abreast on the road without any care abt vehicles...vehicles got to avoid them

i even saw a foreign gal swam in her home clothes at the swimming pool
