I wonder when did this inane ruling start? It means that if someone wants to rape or molest anybody, make sure that the victim is someone he knows as he will not be identified if caught.

This ang moh only 26, probably came here alone not too long ago. Must have gotten a lousy lawyer. Should have fought all the way. The girl went with him into hotel room willingly, during office hour no less. Stayed in room and did not want to leave. Maybe even tease a little. So he made moves, and she bolted out of room shouting molest? Most reasonable person would give benefit of doubt to the man.
