Bad service from bus 975, waiting time is more than 25 mins

STOMPer Som wonders why it took more than 25 minutes for bus service 975 to arrive. According to the STOMPer, on bad days, it will take 45 minutes for the next bus 975 to arrive.
The STOMPer complains:
"This is SMRT bus service at its worst.
"Bus 975 does not have any time sense this afternoon (Sep 5).
"I was waiting for the bus for more than 25 minutes. This 975 service, is one of the horrible service I have ever come across.
"Once I waited for 45 minutes. I have seen the frustration of the old folks from that hot afternoon.
"More than 50 percent of 975 service are not in time.
"One more thing I have noticed that some of its drivers are very rude. And I think they are from China with no sense of local knowledge.
"Once I asked why the money deducted twice while tapping in the machine. and he rudely answered me 'meyo', 'meyo'.
"He does not even understand simple English. I would like to request for the authority to take appropriate action.
"Many fellow residents are dependent on this service, and their time is important too.
"It would be better if the frequency is increased to 3 to 5 minutes to solve the long waiting time."
