First you have to ask yourself these questions:

What have PAP done to Singapore civil servants must affiliate with a politically party in this case PAP?

SAF, Police and those working in gahment offices and Stat departments should not have political party link with PAP nor any political parties. They must be independent and they will only have to serve the voters (people) not the party. These people are also free to votes for any party they want but in Singapore they are worried (an feel intimidated) if they do not vote for PAP, and this is a worry for Singapore.

Now, the PAP has turn into a gahment, not a poitical party, this is where the confusion lies and to have a blur dickhead like you to ask such a question.

well in saf, there always a chance of being volunteer by your senior aka kenna arrow. I too MRed, so can see many senior NCOs and Platoon Commanders being pressure by S1 to extend. It a misconception that officers is reservist period till 50yo. Actually non KAH officers also need to serve 10 ICT cycle like the rest of the pengkias, only different officers subject to recall till 50yo while pengkia only 40yo. SAF is desperate for man power that they have everyone(including pengkias) in my unit the "chance" to extend their ICTs.

here we have opposition MP on ROVER while pap mpee didnt even serve NS. i wonder P. Singh still have NS lability or not. which mp, pap or wp, have the lowest rank in saf?

From my experience, highly unlikely such scenarios will take place. If about to take place 'naturally', intervention through more appropriate postings will be the panacea.
