Dear Dr. Sinha,

I am writing to you not only as a concerned Singaporean, but to bring urgent attention to recent legislative amendments in Singapore—specifically to the Infectious Diseases Act and the Coroners Act—that I believe pose serious implications for both local citizens and American residents or tourists in Singapore.

As the founder of Healing The Divide, a civic initiative formed in 2021 during the height of the COVID-19 crisis, I have worked to support vaccine-injured individuals, families seeking truth, and members of our society affected by pandemic-era mandates, No Jab, No Job. Through petitions, education, and public engagement, I have sought to uphold the values of transparency, informed consent, and human dignity in public health policies. These petitions have garnered thousands of signatures. Yet, instead of engaging with us constructively, the Singapore Government and mainstream media have repeatedly demonised us as “anti-vaxxers”. Both my husband and I have also been subjected to media harassment and public defamation on a significant scale.

This advocacy has come at a high personal cost. I am currently facing 14 criminal charges filed by the Singapore Government, including allegations that I conspired with Dr. Jipson Quah and his assistant, Thomas Chua, to administer fake saline vaccines. I have always maintained my innocence, and I remain fully committed to defending myself in court. I continue to place my trust in our judicial system to uphold justice and truth.

The Nuremberg Code, established after the Nuremberg Trials following World War II, affirms that the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. No person should be coerced into medical experimentation or treatment without fully informed, unpressured consent.

This foundational code was created in response to the atrocities of forced medical procedures during the Nazi regime. It has become a cornerstone of international medical ethics and human rights law.

Yet today, in Singapore, that principle is under threat.

“ , ”:
In 2023, Singapore amended the Infectious Diseases Act, allowing mandatory vaccination during public health emergencies. Refusal to comply may result in criminal charges and imprisonment.

This framework—locally known as the “No Jab, Go to Jail” law—contradicts the Nuremberg Code and sets a dangerous precedent, with implications not only for Singaporeans but also for U.S. citizens living, working, or visiting here.

In addition, Section 67 of the Act provides legal immunity to certain government officials. It states that no personal liability shall lie against the Director-General of Health, the Director-General of Public Health, the Director-General of the Singapore Food Agency, or any health officer, adjunct health officer, port health officer, or police officer.

The 2023 amendment to the Coroners Act removed mandatory inquiries into deaths from:

1) Medical treatment or care
2) Public or commercial transport systems

This weakens independent investigation into sudden or potentially preventable deaths—including those involving foreigners—and risks denying families closure, justice, and truth.

During the recent General Elections, the People's Power Party - PPP raised these critical concerns, but their message was heavily censored by mainstream media. With only nine days of campaigning, the public remains largely unaware of these grave legal changes.

As the U.S. has rightly imposed restrictions on Gain-of-Function (GoF) research, Singapore remains involved in collaborative research projects involving institutions named in Project DEFUSE—including Duke-NUS Medical School, EcoHealth Alliance, and the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Given the known connections and the high-stakes nature of this research, it is imperative that these programs be subject to rigorous independent review and public disclosure. This underscores the need for global transparency and oversight of dual-use research and high-containment biosafety laboratories—especially in geopolitically critical locations like Singapore.

:
The recent passage of Texas HB 3441 on 15 May 2025, which allows vaccine-injured individuals to sue pharmaceutical companies for harm, marks a turning point in the global fight for medical accountability. This law gives us hope that a new standard of justice and corporate responsibility is emerging.

In light of the above, I respectfully ask that your office:

Assess the impact of Singapore’s laws on U.S. citizens

Engage diplomatically on matters of bioethics, human rights, and transparency

Support lawful civic groups like Healing The Divide advocating for medical freedom

Encourage international safeguards for high-risk virological research

Dr. Sinha, I am truly heartened that a medical doctor has been appointed as the next U.S. Ambassador to Singapore. Your background offers hope for a conversation rooted in compassion, science, and justice.

Your arrival comes at a time when our people are crying out for medical freedom, accountability, and laws crafted with care for human dignity and the right to life. In many ways, your appointment is an answered prayer.

I would love to personally meet with you to share insights into our local culture and introduce you to members of our community, who are not only passionate about justice here in Singapore, but also deeply informed about the broader policy shifts taking place in the United States under President Trump’s leadership.

Thank you for your time, your service, and your commitment to diplomacy in this pivotal moment in history.
