Apartments in Shenzhen vs Zhuhai ... which is a better investment ?

Looking to buy an apartment in one of these two places, but must be near the border of either HK or Macau.

My guess is Zhuhai is less expensive than Shenzhen. No ?

Imho, it is not. If u jus wan buy a unit and stay in china, then its fine. For investment, no.
