go youtube and find exercises for hernia................do them to prevent hernias..............

Does your hernia bulge out all the time or occasionally.

when i sit, it bulge out more than i stand................when i lie down the bulge will disappear

it's indirect groin hernia

first time input of mesh. forever no pain.
2nd times,,1 decade pass..another mesh..
this time like need to go urine very often.no pain though.
all sg hospitals

both operations at GOVT hospitals ?

so 2nd time is 10 years after the 1st op..........................not same location, right ?

so BOTH times no complications with the mesh.................except go urine often ?................could be prostate enlargement ?

no issue with mesh.however ,mesh is not lasting as forever.
2nd op after 1 month like keep going urine.

mesh is good .little or no complications bro.however there is a old chinese herb for sunken of internal organ
