The best option would be to choose a plan that would suit your requirements as well as your budget. How much coverage/protection do you want? I got my Aviva mortgage insurance from DBS bank. Good coverage and affordable premiums. As for critical illness, it really depends on you. I would say yes, but be conservative…don't opt for everything. Choose the one that you think might apply to you.
