Don't know what its called has been eating like this for more than 40 years cooked by mom. It's comfort food for me and simple to cook. Thanks for telling me.
 
In Indonesia we call this nasi goreng istimewa. Add red chilli for colour.

This is the kampong fried rice?

Wok hei of course as I used intense heat and as I mentioned before just before turn off fire splash some soya sauce into the burning wok and everything will smell nice. Like I said I no idea they call this kampong fried rice all I know its 古早味 for me.
