Lianbeng's cartilage must have worn down, physiotherapy is temporary one. When problem comes back, lianbeng will twitch like uncle sam and lose erection.

But seriously, if any nerve along the spinal cord kenna, some other parts of the bodily function will be affected.

In the case of TS, he got headaches. My friend lost partial function of one of his palms.

lianbeng also got similar problem like u - erosion of T3, T4 bone structure.
went to polyclinic - referred to NNI specialist for MRI - went thru physiotherapy - now ok liao.
physio told me not against TCM acupuncture but better take xray or mri 1st to see where's the site of pain.

Established for about 20 years there. I'm not sure about the cost since I haven't personally visited there myself, but its reputation with my friends and relatives who visited it has been very good all these years. If cost is a worry, you can try Chung Hwa at Toa Payoh Lorong 4. Unless there's complication on consultation and medication, it usually cost around S$10 per visit only. I've been there once for accupuncture, only costing S$12 including medication. It's mostly funded by donation from Chinese businessmen. However, be prepared to queue half a day since it's so cheap, of course there'd be many patients in the queue every day.

don't bother seeing the neurologist anymore lah.....................waste time and money...............


these clowns too lazy to get their butts off their chairs to do proper examination..............ask them for MRI and keep saying no need.................what kind of clowns will say no need MRI if headache so long ???!!!

拔罐放血

上个星期，通过同学的介绍，到住家附近的一家中药店做‘拔罐放血’。

初见那位年轻漂亮的女中医师时，我顿感惊讶，同时心里想 ：这么年轻，她真有同学所说那般的本事吗？

听说，她和兄长是继承父业，父亲在这一带也算有名声。

在这之前，我看过几位中医，但还是一直不明白‘脾胃’为何物，也不清楚自己究竟属于哪种体质。 但是经这位女中医师把脉之后，我对她的医学知识和能言善道深感敬佩，也对自己的身体有了更深的认识。

她 说，我的脾胃不好，所以消化系统欠佳，营养无法顺利输送到体内各方，造成体内湿气重。 另外，当我体内热气无法往外散出时，即使喝凉，也只会有弄巧反拙的情况出现。 她说，别人喝了凉茶凉水后，多会减轻体热，但我却是得到反效果，如果要进补，却又会造成体热上升，搞不好还会流鼻血或发烧。

被她这么一说，我才明白为何平时喝了‘羚羊水’之后，只会觉得热气越是上升，最后甚至发高烧，原来那是因为体内热气无法被逼出体外所致。 进补，更是让我热上加热，连喝八珍都会流鼻血。。。

她最后警惕我要喝煮过的水，原因是没有被煮过的水乃属于‘寒性’，会造成身体虚寒。 当然，从今往后，尽量不要喝冷水，温水最为上策。

她说，我的耳鸣问题是因为脾胃问题所引起，需要长时间的身体调理。 她接着告诉我，刮痧及拔罐放血只能暂时性舒缓体内热气，无法治根，虽做做无妨，但有许多人也因此做上瘾，不过，她强调那些会上瘾的人往往是走捷径的人，也 就是平时不愿意戒食，不做运动的人。 这些人，一旦身体感觉有点不适，就上门要求刮痧拔罐，为求一时的舒解，她见怪不怪了。

她答应为我做拔罐放血，也不反对我每两个月做一次，当然，如果身体有了改善以后，可以不必再做。 当她获悉我平时有做运动和照顾饮食时，连连赞好，并扬言若能持之以恒的话，耳鸣和体质问题很快就能得到解救。

可笑的是，之前两次在按摩院里做拔罐时，两位女师傅都连连叫喊我的体内湿气很重，这一次，这位女中医师也不例外，一开始替我做拔罐时就大喊： 哎哟，你真的很热气哩！看呐，全都集中到你的背部来了！

完成并拔掉17个罐子后，她接着在我背上每个有罐子印的地方，用一把刺枪在每个印上的周围‘啪’了五下，然后用另一种玻璃罐子像拔罐一样盖上，进行拔罐吸血。

当时我是趴在床上，看不到整个过程，原以为放血是一个部位而已，最后竟搞到17个罐口都被吸血。。。。被刺抢‘啪’的时候，感觉只是微微的刺痛而已，但啪到腰部的时候，会很敏感地忍不住左右摆动，因为很geli啊！

完成放血后，她让我看看罐子里的我的鲜血，说我的放血进行得很好。 何谓好坏？ 她说，有些人身体体质不好，在进行放血时，被刺的五个小洞，只有一到两个洞口会有血溢出，我的，则每五个小洞都出血，这也表示血液流得漂亮，身体还不算太差。

在拔罐放血的过程中，这位女中医师和我分享了几位她的病人的病例，她个人也很坚持，做人一定要以健康为主，金钱买不到快乐，更买不到健康。

经 过这一次拔罐放血仪式后，我决定以后不再到按摩中心做拔罐了，毕竟，专业人士所提供的手法始终还是叫人较为放心，这位女中医师在拔罐前后都为我涂上消毒 水，以免受细菌感染。 不像我第一次在按摩中心拔罐后，背部可能因为罐子洗刷不干净而长了几粒豆豆，而且，按摩中心师傅的手法，几乎有点要我的命。。。

不过，任何事情都是要尝试 过，才知道谁家的好啊！

i see your point..............that's why i order MSM powder and cream since so many people say help with their joint and nerve pain and headaches................
