Alot of these old asshole can't even afford the pmd. Their pmd are bought using govt grants courtesy of people's association. Thousands were given heavily subsidized PMDs up to 95% subsidies. End up alot of these self entitled useless idiots who can walk are lazy and bullying type, self glorification thinking too highly of themselves. U see more of them nowadays because majority are not really disabled. Just lazy buggers.

All these $$$$ could have been better spent to kick start the Geothermal Power initiative or install more floatable solar panels to increase our renewable energy
