Years ago in singapore, got a case involving 2 JC lovebirds. The girl broke up with the boy after the 'A' level exams were over.
The boy and girl were in his car and he drove them to, think it was benjamin sheares bridge, where he stopped the car in the middle of the road and he forced the girl to get out of the car, then he told her to walk back home herself.
Then as the girl was walking along benjamin sheares bridge, the boy drove the car towards the girl and ran the girl over with his car.
Happened many years ago, IIRC this happened in the 1980s or 1990s. The girl died and the boy was given a jail sentence.
Apparently both the boy and the girl were going to NUS Medicine after their 'A' Levels.
Tragic eh?
