If USA Minuteman failed like their Tridents then world has a good laugh because they are superpower, and original pioneer nuke power. If Kim Jong Nuke's ICBM failed it is nothing because he is a nuke newbie.
If Kim's ICBM works then USA better die. If USA's ICBM don't work USA better die because they got too many enemies and too much too lose, their ICBMs are too expensive to fail, failed means they better die.
