Lau to leave all assets to his year-old daughter
HONG Kong superstar Andy Lau has planned to leave all his assets to his one-year-old daughter, Sin Chew Daily reported.
Lau said his daughter would inherit his assets, although he would also be leaving some to charity organisations.
Lau, who married former Malaysian beauty queen Carol Choo, also hoped to have a second child.
He celebrated his 52nd birthday yesterday. He had said he would mark the occasion by spending time with his family members at home.
> The relationship between a 74-year-old man and his son turned sour when they could not agree on selling their shophouse in Johor Baru, reported China Press.
The father, who is staying with his female partner, insisted on selling the shophouse as he had used up all his savings. His wife died 20 years ago.
He said his son had set several conditions before he would agree to the sale.
“I cannot sell the shophouse if my son does not agree to it,” said the man, a stroke patient.
When contacted, the son said he did not rule out the possibility of taking legal action against his father over the baseless accusation.
