The SPF should investigate the principal of this PCF kindy for spreading false information and causing unnecessary alarm.

It is good intention from PCF side.

Looks like the parent of the child may have overblown the situation. Only the CCTV video footage in the lift would reveal the truth as to whether the 43 years old man is just playing grabbing with the child or it's more than meet the eye.
