operate..it's not some bright ideas ..nor even deep pockets.

but let me digress ,ever wonder why some communities despite having both the resources ,meaning capital and products ,never able to get off the ground ? eg ,lets take indonesia and malaysia for example ...the middle men had always been chinese after the colonists left...i don't buy the better brain or hard work part ...for i had seen natives with far better brain power or who are extremly hard working...so why ?
