I think this is called due process. Seems like they have it in Msia but not here.
In addition, in this case, a major private company challenged its government. Though it lost its case, there is due process. There is accountability and transparency.
Here, we have a case where life was lost, and employees fined or jailed, but charges against top man withdrawn for reasons unknown.
I'm also wondering about the outcome of that illegally built 9th floor at Alexcier. Last week, I saw it was still there despite a deadline given by authorities to tear down.
And recently, AGO's feedback to a ministry being glossed over, etc. etc.
Where is the due process? We were always made to believe we were better than our neighbours. Seems like we are actually no better.
