In a Facebook comment made under the name of Live24 New Zealand, Forde wrote that
he twice tried to stop the driver, but "he arrogantly just carried on".

He knew the driver was "a tourist and not drunk" because he was there when the driver was stopped, Forde wrote.
"This was a rental car driven by an Indian tourist driving on a licence from his own country."

This guy has an attitude problem rather than aptitude problem. He probably thought he was higher caste than the locals and decided to make it known. You can spot a bad driver a mile away. And I think he was deliberately blocking the driver behind from overtaking over an earlier incident and got caught.

PRC drivers especially woman are in whole different class when they are overseas - on the wrong side of the road, no idea about filtering, wearing gloves, on the fast lane driving slow, parking horrendous, etc.
