Because she understood perfectly that she needs to return the plate and utensils to the collection point after eating, cum what may.
 
She was probably enjoying her first meal redeemed by the new CDC vouchers. Must take time to appreciate every bite, cannot anyhow abandon the food. :unsure:
 
The worst part about this sort of no brain behavior is that her children need to pay for her hospital bills. All for the sake of enjoying a cheap ass meal that probably costs $5.
